• No Purchase Necessary. To enter this drawing, participants must be at least 21 years old or 
have attained the age at which they are permitted by all applicable laws to participate legally 
in this contest. 

• To enter, complete the free registration form. Participants may enter the contest once per day. 
The e-mail address given on the form MUST be valid. The drawing takes place at the end of each 
calendar month. The Eurekagram is not responsible for incorrect transmission or inaccurate entry 
of information, including, but not limited to human error or technical malfunction of any 
telephone network, computer or other equipment or software. Winner may be asked for the use of 
winner's name, likeness and/or photograph for publicity purposes without compensation.

• One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible & valid entries. Odds of 
winning depend upon the total number of completed and eligible entries that are received before 
the drawing. Prize winner will be notified by e-mail via the Eurekagram newsletter. E-mail 
address must be valid at the time of award confirmation. Prize winner must confirm the 
information entered within 7 days of the date of notification in order to accept and receive the 
prize. If the selected entrant is ineligible or fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and 
release or does not confirm the information submitted, then an alternate winner will be selected.

• Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner releases the Eurekagram, and 
Independent Gourmet Coffee Club dealers #4684 Harry Fassett, and Joe Betten, from all liability 
in connection with the prize. 

• All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by 
law.
