We know it. It's been discussed thousands of times. The affiliate marketing thing is happening now. We try and deny it and even ignore it. Go ahead be an ostrich if you really want to. But it's rather silly. Affiliate marketing is real and is making money. The point is not if the eBooks, software or money tools really work. The point is they really sell! And that's the way the marketing cookie crumbles dear friends. Who really cares if they work as long as someone is buying them. I mean we're here to sell right? That's the bottom line. Who cares about business ethics, back-up services and guarantees. The thing sells fullstop! Well it's not quite like that. Some marketers have created very useful little programs that work. Nothing that you couldn't do with any Adobe, Corel or Microsoft software application of course, except these cost in excess of hundreds of dollars. Plus you'll need some learning time to master their workings. The marketers have cut the corners creating neat little mini programs that operate email submitting, autoresponder control, PDF creation, ebook generators and ecover makers. There are affiliate link maskers, ezine compilers, pop-up subscribers, meta tag makers and advertising trackers in abundance. All are geared to make the newbie marketers work lighter and the marketing guru's bank balance heavier. Now there's absolutely nothing wrong with that is there? It's pure capitalism. It's what we thrive on.
As I have written many times before I admire the marketing masters and always try to learn a new trick or two from them. The problem as always are the fake gurus looking for a fast buck and these guys get my goat. From my experience I would feverishly advise would be marketers who would like to earn some serious money to surf before they buy. We should learn from our mothers. They don't just buy from the first shop they see, do they? Looking around is the best piece of advice I could probably give anyone on the net when shopping.
The other day I was shopping around some eBook wholesale sites to buy some resale stock for my discount eBook website when i came across an eBook package that offered 6000 titles for $197,00 dollars. Wow! I thought that was dirt cheap. So I saved the page and went on surfing to look for some more stuff. Low and Behold! The very same software pack for $97,00 dollars! Now remember those prices because you'll discover that they normally are scaled in the same way everywhere you go for marketing products on the net 197-97-47-27. Every now and then you'll find a price in between.
Now to finish details. The $97,00 dollar pack had me reeling, but experience said, surf on! And that's what I did, until I found this sign- $17,95. By now I'm on eBay, so this looks good. Really good. However that little voice in my head said...Surf on!
Well I bumped into a site that had a chinese sounding name, and guess what the sign said?
DOWNLOAD YOUR MEGA 6OOO eBOOK PACK HERE - FREE!!! Needless to say I was chuffed and downloaded instantly with unlevelled anticipation. I'm sad to say the pack was a letdown with only three or four titles of any note, and I was disappointed.
