Fat Burners - Concise, Accurate & Unbiased Information - Part 2 of 4 By Phil Beckett Copyright © Physique Concepts Inc.
It's been shown that certain fat burners will dramatically speed up the weight loss process and make it much easier!
But be aware that most won't do a thing for you. You'll find out why in this series on fat burners.
Specific fat burners can speed up your results even if your diet isn't perfect, or you don't exercise as much as you should.
And your midsection or butt will still become lean, toned and defined.
It's a fact that age and genetics have no bearing on your weight loss success.
With exercise, nutrition and good fat burners you can easily eliminate these frustrating problem areas, and in a relatively short period of time.
Some actually are effective & safe!
There are a few supplements on the market today that are effective, not many, but at least there are some that do what they are meant to.
Lately fat burners have been made that actually do contain what they're supposed to, and have ingredients that are specific to weight loss, good nutrition and burning fat off your body.
This new generation of fat burners is well worth trying.
A few supplement-manufacturing companies specializing in fat burners have finally realized that more in-depth research was needed.
And the good news is that safe, stimulant-free fat burners have recently come out that seem to be legitimate.
You no longer have to use supplements that contain dangerous ingredients!
The most successful over-the-counter fat burners over the past decade was a combination of caffeine, ephedrine (No Longer Legally Available!), and aspirin.
This combination of products you could purchase at almost any drugstore - the exception now being the ephedrine.
This stack only worked a little bit and it had many side effects.
Some of the side effects of supplements like this included: hypertension, dramatically increased blood pressure, thinning of the blood, and it can keep you awake all night.
Many supplement companies started to produce supplements that claimed to contain the same ingredients as the above-mentioned stack, with the very dangerous herb Ephedra replacing the ephedrine.
But now ephedra based fat burners in general have gotten worse. Ephedra has basically been eliminated due to pressure from the federal government and insurance companies.
And beside the dangers, it's also been found that a lot of these fat burners that contain ephedra or other stimulants can make you very "jittery". One minute you can hardly sit still, the next you can't keep you eyes open.
The extreme ups and downs of these stimulant supplements are extremely difficult for anyone, probably you included, to tolerate even for a very short period of time.
Why has everyone always been so focused on ephedra based supplements when it's clear that they don't even work?
Think about it...
If ephedra or other stimulant based products did what they were supposed to do and are as effective as the manufacturing companies claim, why are you reading this article?
The marketing for ephedra or other stimulant based products relies heavily upon the buzz feeling you get from ephedra to sell their fat burners.
Just because something gives you a short boost of energy doesn't mean that it's burning any body fat off your body at all or helping you see any weight loss success.
How many bottles of ephedra or other stimulant based fat burners have you bought over the years?
Most people have spent a small fortune and still haven't been able to burn an ounce of body fat with any ephedra or other stimulant based fat burners.
Stimulant based fat burners have been widely used for decades however; the safety of ephedra and other stimulant based fat burners has been questioned because of several rumours of unfavourable events.
Although it's safer than most over the counter medications found in stores, such as aspirin and acetaminophen, ephedra is not without risk and there are many people who should not use it, such as those with high blood pressure and other contraindications.
Bottom line is, stimulant based supplements aren't the best fat burners and they're likely to be banned in the near future anyway.
Only a couple of fat burners on the market today can be considered safe and effective.
Like most, you may be searching hard for fat burners to use in addition to proper nutrition and exercise that can actually do what it's supposed to with no side effects.
Good fat burners should burn the maximum amount of body fat, suppress your appetite and your cravings for sweets, increase your metabolism, and not have any side effects.
