They are willing to deal with me because I meet with them in person, I drive a reasonable car, and I come across as an expert in the foreclosure process.
I have also developed a very powerful system to use unpaid bird dogs to door knock for me. I coach them through every step of the contact and I supply them with all the leads to go and look at. It is easy to find unskilled bird dogs with my system. And they stay extremely motivated by the $3000 I pay them when they bring me a deal.
