For starters, they should be made of glass so that one can see what is lying inside without requiring to open the drawers. The drawers should also be of two types - a deeper one for keeping files, and a shallow type to keep the pens, pencils, erasers, etc. The office desks should be L shaped so that it has enough place to keep the things conveniently.
Thus, it becomes apparent that office chairs and office desks has to be comfortable to give a relaxed look to the office, and allow people to give in their hundred per cent.
